It feels like you're in the bush, yet only a 10 minute walk from the heart of Katoomba.
And just a 20 minute walk or a short drive to Leura, the Three Sisters and other beautiful parts of the Blue Mountains National Park.
The space
The walk up the two flights of stairs is worth the trip as you arrive at the large front deck nestled up in the trees.
There is lots of room for the kids and pets both in and outside the house.
The two living spaces and large entertainers kitchen provides you with plenty of room to relax and unwind.
Everything in the house connects beautifully. The kitchen and dining room open up to the back deck nestled next to the Bali inspired garden.

THE BEDROOMS
- Bedroom one is spacious and fully private on its own upper level with large inbuilt wardrobe, a three seater lounge, private balcony and adjacent bathroom. You have a comfortable queen bed, and queen air mattress in here. Lovely views of the trees.
- Bedroom two is very roomy with a queen size bed, 40 inch tv with chromecast. Bedroom looks out on the garden
- Bedroom three has a double bed, floor mattress, and shared balcony with Bedroom four.
- Bedroom four has a double bunk bed with single on top, shared balcony and large wardrobe space.
- Loungeroom 2 has a comfortable Queen Koala Sofa Bed. It can operate effectively as a fifth bedroom.
