A wood combustion heater is supported by split system A/C for year round comfort. With four bedrooms, the property can sleep up to 8 people. Two bedrooms share access to an ensuite bathroom. A separate full bathroom has also been refurbished. Bedding consists of three queen beds and a duo bunk. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area creates the inclusive family feel while catering to a large group. The extremely well equipped stainless steel kitchen will please the cook with ceramic cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and easy clean surfaces. Fully equipped laundry facilities includes washer, dryer & iron, Outdoor living with BBQ and backyard space are located within the fully fenced yard together with a lock up shed. There is also a lockable cage for snow and cycling gear.
