The Blue Mountains Ukulele Group presents one of the most unique and fun events of the year with the Annual Blue Mountains Ukulele Festival. The festival is the largest ukulele festival in the world with over 130 acts across nine stages and thousands of visitors taking in the ukulele fun. The festival opens Friday night with a dinner and show (bookings required at the Carrington Hotel). All are welcome to the performances and free workshops all day Saturday and then more performances and free Jam and Strum sessions on Sunday – bring your ukulele! This free event is run by fun loving volunteers who believe that there are two types of people in the world - those who play the Ukulele and those who want to. One thing for sure, the many visitors who come along can't help tapping their feet, singing along and having fun....
